1. Agreement

By accessing this website or purchasing The Smart Investor's Toolkit from Infoclusive, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the product.

2. What you are buying

The Smart Investor's Toolkit is a digital educational product — a PDF guide plus supporting checklists and reference tools. Access is delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Educational purpose only

The materials are for general information and education. They are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and using them does not create an advocate-client or advisory relationship. Property law, revenue records and local procedures differ across Indian states and change over time.

We make no promise that any property is legally safe, marketable or dispute-free, that fraud can be prevented, or that any investment will produce a return. Before committing money to any transaction, consult a qualified advocate and verify records with the relevant government authority.

4. Licence and use

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share logins or create derivative products from the materials. All content remains the intellectual property of Infoclusive.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are payable in full at checkout through our payment partner. Promotional pricing and bonuses are available only for the period stated on the offer page.

6. Refunds

If the toolkit does not give you the clarity and confidence described, email support@infoclusive.in within 30 days of purchase from the address used at checkout, and we will refund your payment. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 working days. Access to the materials ends on refund.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infoclusive's total liability arising from the product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses connected to any property transaction you enter into.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
